**Returns & Refunds**

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's what you need to know:

**Returns**
You may return unused and undamaged products within **14 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

**Return Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

**To request a return:**
- Email us at korviq.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason
- We will provide return instructions

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

**Exceptions:**
- Sale items are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns on used, worn, or damaged items
