We currently ship orders worldwide. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Germany.

**Processing Time:**
- 1–3 business days

**Estimated Delivery Times:**
- Europe: 2–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 6–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

**Shipping Costs:**
Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

**Customs & Duties:**
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties that may apply in their country.

**Tracking**
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email after your order ships.

We are not liable for lost or stolen items once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs delays).
